How quickly can I get a cleaning scheduled?

Most Denver clients can book within the same week, and often within 1–2 days. We quote within an hour during business hours and confirm your slot immediately. Peak times (spring and early summer) may have slightly longer lead times — if timing is urgent, just call us directly.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, with 24 hours notice before your appointment — no fees, no penalties. We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a small late-cancellation fee may apply. We'll always be upfront about this when you book.

How do recurring bookings work?

After your first clean, we set up a recurring schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — and you don't need to do anything. We'll send a reminder the day before each visit. The same cleaner handles your home on every visit when possible. Recurring clients get discounted rates and priority scheduling.

Do I need to do anything to prepare before the cleaners arrive?

Not much. Picking up clutter from floors and surfaces before we arrive helps us clean more thoroughly — but it's not required. If dishes are in the sink, we'll work around them (dish washing is not included in standard cleans unless specifically added). Let us know about any specific areas you want prioritized or avoided.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes, every cleaner. We run thorough background checks before any cleaner enters a client's home. We also personally interview and train every team member — they're not gig workers assigned from an app. You'll have consistent, vetted professionals you can trust.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many Denver clients give us a key, code, or lockbox access. We'll send a text when we arrive and when we finish. If you prefer to be home, you're welcome to be — some clients like to walk through at the end. Whatever works best for you.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

We always try to send the same cleaner for recurring clients. They learn your home, your preferences, and your priorities over time — which makes each visit better. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll notify you in advance and send a fully trained replacement.

Are your products safe for pets and children?

Yes — we use eco-safe, non-toxic, biodegradable products on every visit. No harsh bleaches or synthetic fragrances. They're effective at cleaning and safe for kids, pets, and people with sensitivities or allergies. If you have a specific concern or product sensitivity, just tell us and we'll accommodate it.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything — professional-grade supplies, eco-safe cleaning products, microfiber cloths, mops, and vacuum. You don't need to provide anything. If you prefer we use a specific product you own (for allergy reasons, etc.), just let us know and we'll use it when appropriate.

Pricing

How is pricing determined?

We quote by home size (number of bedrooms and bathrooms) and service type — not by the hour. This means you know the full price before we arrive, and there are no surprises on the invoice. Larger homes, heavily soiled conditions, or specialty services (post-construction, move-out) are priced accordingly and clearly explained in your quote.

Do you offer discounts for recurring service?

Yes. Weekly clients save up to 20% off the one-time rate. Bi-weekly clients save around 15%. Monthly clients save around 10%. These discounts apply automatically when you set up a recurring schedule. The more frequent the service, the lower the per-visit cost.

Day of the Clean

How long does a cleaning take?

A standard clean for a 2-bedroom Denver home takes roughly 2–3 hours. A deep clean runs 3–5 hours. Move-out cleans vary more based on condition and size. We'll give you an estimated duration with your quote so you can plan your day. We don't rush — we finish properly.

What if my home needs more attention than expected?

If we arrive and the condition requires significantly more time or effort than quoted (e.g., a deep clean that's actually a heavy-duty situation), we'll contact you before proceeding and discuss adjusted pricing. We never just work extra time and charge you for it without consent. Communication first, always.
